List your surplus
Factories upload overstock, display units, and canceled orders. We keep your brand private until a buyer is vetted.
- Upload up to 8 photos and an inspection video per lot.
- Declare condition grade: brand new, open box, carton damaged, customer returned or display unit.
- Set quantity, MOQ per carton, wholesale price and loading port.
- Choose whether your brand name is masked from non-vetted buyers — masked is the default.
- Our team reviews every lot before it becomes visible. Typical review time: a few hours.

- 1Grade the stock honestly — every lot is video-checked before loading, and gaps are settled from the retained balance.
- 2Up to 8 photos plus a real power-on video. Blurry or re-shot images get sent back.
- 3Mask brand is on by default, so non-vetted buyers never see your brand or factory name — your own channel pricing stays safe.
- 4Submit for review puts it in our manual check, usually live within a few hours. Nothing is visible to buyers before that.

Receive real offers
Pre-approved wholesalers, importers, and live-commerce sellers make offers. You choose who you sell to.
- Every buyer is verified: company registration, trade history and destination market.
- Offers carry price per unit, quantity, destination country and expected shipping date.
- Accept, reject or counter directly from your dashboard.
- Accepting an offer instantly creates an order thread with the buyer.

Where to click & what to watch
- 1Check price against your floor first — our commission is shown before you accept, never added later.
- 2Mind the ship-by date. If you can't prepare in time, counter with a new date instead of accepting.
- 3Counter lets you change price and quantity together; the buyer is notified and you can go back and forth freely.
- 4Keep talking inside the order thread — that record is what we use if anything is disputed later.

We handle the rest
From deposit collection and 1039 customs clearance to container booking and final settlement.
- Deposit collected on order confirmation; balance released against B/L.
- 1039 market procurement trade declaration and full export document set.
- Consolidation, container loading and booking from Shenzhen, Yantian, Guangzhou or Nansha.
- Status tracked live: Quoted → Negotiating → Deposit Paid → Goods Ready → Shipped → Delivered → Closed.
- We earn only when a deal closes.
