Membership
Access is invite-only and subject to approval. BulkVolt may suspend any account that misrepresents its identity, stock or trade intent.
Listing accuracy
Sellers warrant that quantity, condition grade, specifications and photographs reflect the actual goods. Misgraded lots may be rejected at inspection.
Offers and orders
An accepted offer creates a binding order between buyer and seller. Prices are per unit in USD, exclusive of freight unless stated.
Commission
BulkVolt earns a commission on closed deals, agreed per deal before an offer is accepted. No listing or setup fees apply.
Settlement
Deposit on order confirmation, balance against B/L copy. Claims against declared condition are resolved from the retained balance before settlement.
Liability
BulkVolt facilitates trade, inspection and export documentation. Title and product liability remain with the seller and buyer as per their agreed Incoterms.
