What we collect
Account details you provide (name, email, company, country, phone), listing content you upload, offers and messages you exchange, and basic technical logs.
Why we collect it
To verify members, operate the marketplace, execute export and settlement, and prevent fraud. We do not sell member data.
Brand confidentiality
Listings are visible only to signed-in, approved members. Brand and factory identity remain masked until a buyer is deep-vetted and the seller proceeds with a deal.
Sharing
We share only what a transaction requires — with the counterparty you agreed to deal with, customs brokers, and freight partners.
Retention and your rights
Trade records are retained as required by Chinese export and tax regulation. You may request access, correction or deletion of your account data at hello@bulkvolt.com.
